Sausage Casserole Recipe

This is the definition of a one pot wonder in the slowcooker

5 minute prep last night resulted in zero effort tonight 🥰 just the way I like it!

This sausage casserole is another recipe from my nowaste and use up ingredients week. It was perfect to warm up from the frost Mancunian weather this week ❄️🌨️

Recipe

• 8 beef and onion sausages
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 5 mushrooms
• 2 large potatoes
• 2 stocks celery
• 200ml beef stock cubes
• Salt/pepper/garlic

Method

1. Dice up all fresh ingredients, including the sausages.
2. Mix into the slow cooker with all other ingredients and cook on low for 10 hours.
3. 10 mins before serving mix in two tablespoons of gravy granules to thicken the sauce.
