Sticky Beef Ribs Recipe

Sticky Beef Ribs! 🔥 Slow cooker ALERT!

The smell when I walked into my home was so inviting 🥰 but to be honest, I was very sceptical about this recipe beforehand (I’ve had so many recipe fails using my slow cooker) but this is a keeper and was written in my ow recipe book instantly.

This sauce will work with any type of ribs. I even used shredded some chicken the next day and mixed it in. It was delish 🍽

Ingredients

◇ 1kg beef short ribs
◇ 1/2 cup sweet bbq sauce
◇ 1/2 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
◇ 1 tablespoon worchester sauce
◇ 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method

✔Add the tomato sauce, bbq sauce, worchester sauce and brown sugar to your slow cooker.
✔Mix all of the ingredients together and add beef ribs.
✔ Mix and coat each rib well.
✔ Cook on low for 8-10 hours (I cooked mine for 10 because of long work hours and they fell apart!). Or 4-5 hours on high. ♡ Tip: dont add any extra liquid as the juice from the ribs produce a sauce.

Serving suggestions

♡ I made some mini roasties, but rice or mash would go perfectly with some sauce drizzled over.

Happy cooking!
