Use of Children’s Pictures

We use the photographs we take from our cooking classes for:

• Social media, Including, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest.
• Promotions, this includes, local magazine advertising, Facebook paid advertisements, Google paid promotions, leaflet distributions. 
• Our website, this includes blogs, case studies, and banners.

Oh! Crumbs Home Bakes will never use images we have not had consent for by the person booking for the child using our self-booking form. 

When booking a child onto one of our classes, it is the persons booking responsibility to ensure they check all the fields properly. 

When booking you will see a field like this

This field asks “do you mind us taking pictures and video snippets of your children participating in the class so we can share tastefully on social media?“

You will have the choice of two options:

Option 1: You can take pictures and videos
If you choose Option 1: this means you give us full permission to use imagery we take of your child according to our terms of conditions speicfied on this page.

Option 2: No thank you
If you choose Option 2: this means you do not give us permission to post your childs face on social media. We may stilll take group shot pictures but your childs face will not be visible and/or will be blurred to ensure they are not recognisable. 

If the person booking the class has a change of heart after we have already uploaded images/videos to social media. A charge will be made to take the photos down. Please read below as to why and how much.

Anytime before the content has been uploaded, the person who has booked the class can contact us asking us not to upload the images of the child, and no fee will take place.

Change of Heart Fees After Images/Videos are Uploaded

Oh! Crumbs Home Bakes is a business. Everything we create to share online has a cost to the company. 

This includes:

• Image enhancements (watermarking, making brighter, colours popping etc…)
• Video creation

Taking videos/images down:

• This creates a negative impact on other parents
• Takes time to re-edit the videos and pictures to remove shots/blur out kids
• We then need to re-upload which creates existing customer confusion due to repetitive postings
• Removing social proof which makes our page look less established, making new parents feel uncertain about our services being trustworthy. 

Our fees if you have a change of heart:

Takedown images of your child – £0.00

Takedown videos of your child – £30.00

Terms and Conditions of Pictures

• All pictures taken by Oh! Crumbs Home Bakes Ltd of children from our classes belong to Oh! Crumbs Home Bakes Ltd.
• Parents of the children are more than welcome to use the pictures in the following way(s):
  • sharing on social media
  • sending to friends and family
  • print
• Parents are not permitted to use these photos to(without consent from Oh! Crumbs Home Bakes):
  • Advertise
  • Profit from in anyway
• If you would like content to be removed from our online assets, you must be the person who made the booking to contact us directly.
